Return Process

  Carefully pack your sneakers or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags, extra laces, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 48 hours.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
